STUART — Gov. Rick Scott is set to announce the creation of “a substantial number of new jobs” here today, but Martin County economic development officials aren’t divulging the employer’s identity.
One business leader who asked not to be identified is “99.9 percent sure” the mystery employer is American Custom Yachts, a Stuart firm that aims to expand into the production of turbines that will create green energy from ocean currents and wind.
